Welcome to Intense (the "App", "Platform", or "Service"), owned and operated by Intense Technologies. By creating an account, downloading, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all guidelines presented across our Platform.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use Intense, you must meet the following strict eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Underage usage is strictly forbidden.
- You must have the capacity to form a binding agreement under applicable laws.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our Platform.
3. Prohibited User Conduct
Intense is dedicated to providing a premium, respectful, and safe space for real conversations. You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Displaying or transmitting sexually explicit, nude, violent, or otherwise graphic content during live video call sessions.
- Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming other users, hosts, or support personnel.
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to manipulate calls or harvest user metadata.
- Impersonating any individual or entity, or representing yourself falsely.
- Using the Platform for unsolicited commercial advertisements, marketing, or solicitations.
4. Platform Interaction Policies
Intense provides real-time WebRTC communication layers matching users for randomized communication loops. We utilize advanced server signaling routines to schedule calls. Standard usage is governed by user safety rules and guidelines.
5. Instant Account Suspension & Termination
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against violations. We reserve the absolute right to instantly suspend or delete your account, and ban your device identifier from the Platform without prior warning if a violation is detected or reported.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and any disputes arising out of your usage of Intense are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
