1. Virtual Coins & Credit Purchases
All virtual credits, coins, or premium points purchased within the Intense Dating application are treated as digital goods. Transactions are finalized immediately upon credit confirmation into your user wallet.
- Once virtual coins are consumed in chats, matching sessions, or gift sending, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Unused coins remaining in active user wallets are generally non-refundable, except under circumstances explicitly mandated by local consumer protection regulations.
2. Subscription Cancelations
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription package through Google Play Billing or our direct billing partners:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store settings under "Subscriptions" or through your user profile inside the Intense App.
- Upon canceling, your premium benefits will remain fully active until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle. No partial refunds will be generated for unused cycle durations.
3. Double Billing and Transaction Failures
In cases of transaction errors, failures, or inadvertent multi-billing events:
- If a payment is successfully debited from your account but virtual coins fail to credit to your wallet, our automated gateway sync will typically resolve and credit the coins within 24 hours.
- If the gateway fails to auto-credit, we will issue a direct refund to your original payment source or manually deposit the corresponding coin value to your account once verified.
- Refund processing times vary depending on the payment issuer, usually taking 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund review under eligible circumstances (such as accidental double billing or technical bugs), please compile the following:
- Your registered Intense mobile number.
- A screenshot of your digital transaction receipt showing the Order ID (e.g. GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX or Razorpay Payment ID).
- A brief description of the technical discrepancy.
- Send your request to our dedicated support desk at support@intensedating.in.
5. Policy Updates
Intense Dating reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes become active immediately upon public posting to this web address.
